Denise Bolt
Vice President - HR & OperationsDenise Bolt is an experienced HR executive with a broad background across various industries and company sizes. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Resources from Michigan State University. Denise started her career at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and Ford Motor Company, where she honed her HR leadership skills. She has since worked as an HR consultant and held several senior roles, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources at Hub Group, Inc., a mid-sized global transportation company.
Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), Denise is an active member of Chicago SHRM, the Human Resources Association of Oak Brook, and National SHRM.
Outside of work, Denise is a devoted mother of four and enjoys outdoor activities, particularly weekend trail walks with her family and dogs. She is also a lifelong learner and avid reader with a focus on health and wellness.
