Jon Zabikow joined Associated in 2022 as Director of Business Development. He brings with him over 15 years of industry experience working with some of the largest insurance carriers.

Most recently, Jon was the Head of Technology & Manufacturing for Zurich North America, where he was responsible for developing and executing a business plan focused on driving profitable growth through industry specialization and underwriting expertise.

Zabikow joined Zurich from The Hartford, where he served as Managing Director of the Midwest Technology and Life Science Practice. Previously, he was Assistant Vice President of Sales and Distribution for the Northern Zone at CNA, and also built and led CNA’s Northern Zone Technology Practice. He began his insurance career at Travelers.

Jon earned his degree from Loyola University Chicago. He and his wife Kristin live in Evanston with their two sons.
