Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and sales collateral to support the sales team
  • Assist in developing and refining training materials and presentations to enhance employee knowledge and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines, directly supporting sales initiatives

Brand Management & Marketing Project Coordination:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales materials
  • Support marketing projects, including newsletters, graphics, and promotional content, to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
  • Support rebranding initiatives and rollout strategies

Administrative & Vendor Relations:

  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing and branding efforts
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects and events

Commercial Lines (P&C) Account Manager

The Role- What you’ll do as a Commercial Lines (P&C) Account Manager:

To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Works closely with Producers and other Associated personnel on all aspects of client procedures.
  • Makes major decisions independently in assisting producer(s) by handling the marketing of new business and renewal submissions for new and existing clients and document accordingly.
  • Acquires understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.
  • Proactively review and service client accounts by obtaining the necessary information for renewals; preparing applications, surveys and other documents for submission, selection of markets, negotiations with underwriters, preparation of proposals, processing of policies as well as reviewing issued policies for accuracy and endorsements.
  • Appropriately documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all Associated management systems when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any client service issues.
  • Servicing the needs of client accounts by inputting and updating policy details and maintaining new/renewal client files.
  • Develops new business from existing accounts and contributes to departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross selling opportunities when appropriate.

Commercial Lines (P&C) Senior Customer Service Representative

Must have IL P&C License with knowledge of insurance industry coverages, terms, and conditions.

The Role- What you’ll do as a Commercial Lines (P&C) Customer Service Representative: 

  •  Preparing insurance documents; auto ID cards, Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance.
  •  Fulfilling MVR requests and ordering E-Mods 
  •  Preparing renewal applications
  •  Preparing applications
  •  Emailing signed forms to carrier/underwriter
  •  Monitoring receipt of policies
  •  Prepare policies for delivery
  •  Obtaining loss experience on all lines of coverage on all accounts 
  •  Initiating and following-up on policy changes with various carriers and check when complete 
  •  Reviewing and assisting with resolving audit disputes 
  •  Setting up new clients in client management system 
  •  Monitoring receipt of renewal policies 
  •  Preparing client presentations 
  •  Sending all documentation to scan, and maintaining files in client management system 
  •  Invoicing, including: 
  •  Updating billing screens
  •  Obtaining finance agreement quotes
  •  Setting up new applications and updating applications in client management system

  •  Supports AM & AE – Provides updates once policy is bound

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements regarding Group Benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities, include

  • Responsible for all aspects of renewal business including; marketing, spread sheeting, plan changes, administrative issues, open enrollment preparation and meetings
  • Responsible for all aspects of new client prospects including; enrollment package, application processing, follow-ups and materials to client and meetings to discuss new plans
  • Prepare and work on special Group Benefit projects.
  • Attend seminars to become knowledgeable about current Group Benefit markets
  • Attend training sessions to become knowledgeable in other aspects of the Group Benefit business such as COBRA, Wellness programs, HSA’s and Self-Funded accounts
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any client service issues
  • Open Enrollment meetings
  • Ensure group Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance
