Responsible for partnering with agency management and production team to create effective sales and marketing activities that help drive new business and retain existing business.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Work with sales producers to create proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage various activities such as:
    • White papers
    • Warehouse and participate in Agency RFP’s
    • Blogs
    • Webinars
    • Networking events
  • Work with executive team to create consistent branded agency marketing and sales materials
  • Develop and maintain brand positioning, practice value proposition, promotional collateral, presentations, webinars, and sales tools
  • Partner with producers and sales leader to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans that support new business development accelerate opportunities, expand existing relationships
  • Manage project plans and provide strategic direction for sales plans including lead generation, marketing campaigns, event planning, advertising, public relations, and social media outreach


  • 5+ years insurance marketing experience in an agency or at a carrier
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Eager to learn new tasks

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
